Christmas Gift - my art work

This year I made these two for mommy and Ah Mah as Christmas gift.
All these I made from paper, box and cardboard.

I made a coin box with X'mas tree design for Ah Mah.

This is for Mommy. Pencil holder with Ginger Breadman design.

Year End Holiday 2013 - Garden By The Bay

This year, our year end holiday is JB-SG. We took flight from PG-SG.

Departure

弟弟 bring along his 狗狗 for this trip. Slept in the plane. 

After touched down in SG, our first destination was Garden By The Bay.

Before go into the garden, we had our lunch at one of the restaurant out there.

Just outside the restaurant, on the way to the entrance of Flower Dome. Let's take a picture first.

弟弟 likes to take photo alone, he always asked 舅舅 to take photo for him alone only and they go around without us. See how many photos they took without us.

Eugene likes me very much and he likes to hold my hand while walking around.

This is another area of attraction - Cloud Forest.

The walkway 

We all scared to walk on the walkway that up high to mountaintop. We didn't take the below route. It's a "U"path that back to the same place.  Therefore, we wait for 舅舅 and 弟弟. 弟弟 didn't scare at all, he even stop in the middle and ask 舅舅 to take photo for him.

Near the exit area, after this shot, Eugene fell down and hit his lips on the "stone" on the floor.

His mouth bleeding and swelled. Poor boy...

Year End Holiday 2013 - Gardening

I like gardening but so far no chance to try it so far.

Now I have a chance. During our holiday to Johor few weeks ago, I got a chance to do some gardening. I want to plant a flower.

We went to Tesco to buy the pot, soils and seeds for my plant. However, that time no more flower seeds, only left vegetables seeds. I choose to buy Lettuce Fire Red seeds.

Putting the soils into the pot, we bought a pair of gloves also :)

After putting in the seeds, covered with soils again.

It's done. Water a bit. Well, let's wait and see the result

Our Academy Summary 2013

My first year in primary school has come to the end in mid of Nov.

弟弟 also completed his N2 class the same time as well.

It is fun for standard 1 as we are the youngest in the school, we have certain privilege like our rest time is always 5mins earlier than the others. This is to avoid us from the crowd.

Moving to next year, we do not have such advantage anymore.

As summary, I like my class, teachers and school. 

I like Monday, as there is computer class and library. Tuesday, I like the art class. Wednesday, I like music class. Thursday, nothing special. Friday, I like the exercise. But I do not like friday because I have to wash my shoes after school :(

Result? I did not do it very well. In fact, my second semester result is dropped compare to first semester.

But overall, my result still acceptable and I did behave well in the school. 

Something to remember:

1) I claimed I lost my book, but in actual I have passed up to teacher.

2) I can't find my text book, the next day found the boy beside me took and keep in his bag.

3) I feel down once when I want to go for Early Reading class. My face bruised. I didn't tell mommy or Ah Mah about this until Yen Yen 姨姨 saw my face bruise and tell mommy during the dinner.

4) I learnt how to use chopstick in canteen after seeing some of my friends using chopsticks.

This is how I rate myself on my result, I wrote this in my 家课簿.

My class teacher gave these as a reward on the whole year performance

弟弟 did it quite well in his nursery. May be is because we didn't put high expectation on him :p

He is so naughty at home, lazy to do homework, not serious on his school work. That's the reason we didn't expect much from him. Somehow, he is the Model Child of his class, unbelievable. 

Feedback from teacher, he is helpful, always listen to teacher's instruction, well behave.

Besides, he also got a prize on Reading Awards. As a total, 弟弟 got 3 trophy on his first year: Model Child, Reading Awards and Rhyme Competition.

This year is 弟弟 first concert in school, he was quite excited before the concert as teacher did tell them on the preparation. However, on that afternoon, he refused to wear the costume and make up.

After several tries and persuades, finally mommy manage to let him wear the costume (with a white t-shirt inside) and put on some make up for him.

Mommy made all these little minions for 弟弟 school pot luck party on the last day.

Mommy also made me a "flower pot" cake for my class teacher as token of appreciation.
