Chocolate

Mommy made chocolate couple weeks ago.

This was her first time made chocolate and I think it was not really successful.

However, papa finished all the chocolate made, around 10pcs as chocolate is his favorite.

Mommy said making chocolate is much easier as no oven needed.

But coating the sides of the moulds is kind of difficult to mommy.

The chocolate has to be cooled for a while, when the chocolate has coated the sides of the moulds, invert the mould and let the excess chocolate (still in liquid form) drain out to remain hollowed centers. Mommy always can't get the right timing end up there are 3 chocolates turned harden completely and no filling inside :p

This is named as "Sprite Chocolate" as Sprite is used for the filling.

See the small holes on the surface. This is actually caused by the bubble when mommy coated the side of the mould.

Ingredients:

1) Milk 10g

2) Butter 10g

3) Whipping Cream 60g

4) Sprite 30g

5) White Chocolate 120g

6) Black Chocolate for mould coating purpose

弟弟 9-month-old update

弟弟 is 9-month-old.

-- Cannot crawl forward yet, only can move backward

-- Can speak "papa, mam mam, mah, ma ma..."

-- Speaks his own language to attract people attention

-- Likes to play, laugh

-- Able to clap hand by his own

-- Drinks 9oz milk every 4 hours

-- Cereal & porridge 1x/day each

-- Stopped fruit juice for about 1 month due to coughing

-- Weight at 8.2kg

-- Teething: 1pc at bottom

-- Some times will only sleep after 1am (mommy's nightmare)

Now 2 of us has each other as company.

I'm 4!

I'm 4-year-old!

This year I celebrated my birthday in school and I requested mommy to come to my school on that day.

We brought a cake, goodies bags and some cookies to school for the celebration.

E&O Sarkies Corner

Yes, it's buffet again. This has been our 3rd buffet since 19-Dec-09.

This time we went to E&O -- Sarkies Corner.

This event was organized by mommy's ex-colleagues. It so happened that day was also birthday of one of the friends, mommy suggested that we have a group birthday celebration as there are total 4 of us whose birthday falls on January.

Total there are 17adults, 2 toddlers & 1 BB.
