We went for holiday on 1-Jan. It's a brand new year and it's my first trip to Genting Highlands!
We started our journey early in the morning. We depart at 4am, went to McD for drive thru breakfast and head off to Genting straight away. But…we stuck at Penang Bridge for more than an hour. Can you imagine? 4am and the bridge is jammed like working days?? The heavy traffic was from Penang to Butterworth, the other direction was clear & smooth. Mommy said this is because those came to Penang for counting down on last night just wanted to go back home.
After bridge it was smooth traffic till we reach Genting. Mommy made a reservation at Theme Park Hotel and we stay for 1 night.
We spent the 1st day in First World Indoor Theme Park and we planned to go Genting Outdoor Theme Park on the next day. Unfortunately we had to cancel our Outdoor activity on the next day due to heavy mist. End up, we spent both days at indoor.
This is MY trip as mommy & papa just accompany me for all the rides. Mommy said it was her first trip to Genting without doing any shopping and Papa didn't even enter the casino.
It was my 1st trip to Genting and I just loved it! The rides I missed were Monorail (I called it 毛毛虫, it routes through indoor and outdoor) & Flying Jumbo (小飞象，outdoor ride). We planned to ride 毛毛虫 on the 2nd day early morning to avoid the long queue but can't make it due to bad weather. I saw the 毛毛虫 ride is closed.
Mommy said she will bring me here again during my school holiday but I think it's really hard especially after mommy deliver BB.
