弟弟 8-month-old update

弟弟 is 7.7kg at 8-month-old. Not really big size but he eats a lot.

He drinks 8oz milk every 4 hours.

He takes cereal, porridge, fruits (papaya, banana, apple) / fruit juice, bread, baby biscuit.

He likes to talk and he can say "a...mah...", "mam....ma...."

He put everything he grabbed into his mouth. If nothing for him, he "eats" his finger.

He likes to laugh / smile and he is sensitive to camera (just like me)

He likes to play with his fingers, sometimes he will "clap" his hand and do the 拜拜 action.

He can sits without support, sometimes will fall actually.

He likes to play with me, on the other hand he will snatch toys from me as well.

Christmas Eve 2009

As usual we'll have buffet dinner on Christmas Eve and this is our 2nd buffet dinner within the month of Dec.

This year, mommy chose Traders Hotel. Actually, we were here on 2007 Christmas but Ah Mah was not follow as she went to Singapore at that time. So this year, we are here again.

Mommy booked for 4 adults + 2 children. The table reserved for us just for 4 adults.

2 children (2 baby chairs) were slitting at the corner of the table in between 2 adults. Mommy said this is a disappointment. But Ah Qiang 舅舅was not joining us so I got his place.

We got a small table, right? Some more we have to keep the place in front of 弟弟 clear all the time or else...

弟弟 was too hungry? He kept eating his thumb.

弟弟 was playing with the party hat while I was busy with my bun.

Another disappointment:

Mommy was not allow to take photo of the food.

Mommy only able to take these 2 photos before the PIC came and stopped mommy.

For the others, mommy took photo from her plate :)

The good point was:

more variety of food compare to last buffet.

For BBQ, there are crab, baby lobster, prawn, fish, meat...etc.

For sashimi, there are fresh salmon, fresh oyster, prawn...etc.

There are turkey, roasted chicken/chicken rise, spaghetti as well.

Guess what? Mommy, papa & Ah Mah not even tried the "main course".

They only took the seafood, sushi, cakes & desserts.

Mommy said the pudding is good.

I also got more choice, besides my favorite bun...I like the biscuit and the roasted chicken.

Hard Rock Hotel

It so happened that 舅舅 & 姨姨 were back on the same weekend and 舅舅 suggested a dinner in hotel. Mommy helped to make reservation and she chose Hard Rock Hotel as this is a new hotel and we never been there.

舅舅 bought me this t-shirt and he asked me to wear to the dinner. 弟弟 has exactly the same but it's too big for him.
