Uncle Eric's Wedding Dinner

We went to mommy's course mate wedding dinner in Gurney Hotel last Saturday.
We got chance to meet with few of mommy's course mate. Not many but we managed to fill up the whole table.

This is 2nd part of the wedding. The groom sang along the way while the couple walked in the ballroom. Mommy said Uncle Eric is very good in singing & guitar.

Uncle Eric 自弹自唱 to thank all the guests for coming to the dinner.

While the adults were having their gathering, we also have fun with our new friends.

Charlotte 姐姐 and Wyne Jiet 哥哥 are my new friends.

Mommy said I'm the shortest among all although we are almost the same age, just ~2months gap between us.

Wyne Jiet 哥哥 is same month, same year with me while Charlotte 姐姐 is 2 months elder than us.

Oops...there is no 弟弟 photo at all. Oh yes, mommy didn't take any of his photo during the dinner. Why? May be mommy was so busy to watch us running around the ballroom. I told mommy I have fun during the dinner and I'm happy that I got 2 new friends.

A new gadget

There was a delivery on last Thursday.

It's another gift from 舅舅. He bought this during the IT Show in SG and he mailed it back to PG.

舅舅 said this model is lighter and smaller compare to N2 which mommy passed over to me.

Another Gift From 舅舅

I used to get a lot of gifts from 舅舅.

Toys, clothes, shoes, watch, computer...etc.

And now this is a big one -- a digital piano from Yamaha.

舅舅bought it on his home trip during CNY. That means it took almost a month to deliver.

The seller told mommy there is no stock and kept on delay the delivery.

Finally it's delivered on last Thursday and now I can practice more often at home.

Primary School Registration

The primary school registration open from 1 ~31 of Mar.

This year registration is for those kids going to Standard 1 at year 2011 & 2012.

Papa helped me to register as well because I'll start my Standard 1 at 2012.

I'm going to Std 1 at 6 years old and this require an "examination" to qualify.

That means I only able to go at 6 years old if I passed the exam, or else I'll stay until 7 years old.

The registration suppose to be quick & simple. Aunties told mommy that they settle the registration on the same day. Some how, papa not able to make it. He bring back 2 forms to fill and need to submit to school before Apr.

Due to early entry, we need to attach a letter from kindergarten and also my report card to the 1st form.

The 2nd form is "Borang Maklumat Murid" which need to fill in parents details including company, salary..etc.

It even request to attach pay slip and the form must be verified by government servants such as Ketua Kampung, Pengerusi JKKK...where to find Ketua Kampung? Luckily the school gave a contact to papa and we have to call that person for his signature.

After some discussion with others parents, mommy was told that the "Borang Maklumat Murid" is no longer necessary. This is an old procedure where school will determine on the text books subsidiary. Nowadays all the students will get the text books from school, therefore it's not necessary to provide such a details info on parents income.

Mommy also found out this is school dependent. Some schools still follow the old procedure, some don't.

So, do we need to follow the old procedure?

弟弟 Hair Cut

弟弟 had a hair cut Saturday morning.

Barber? Mommy.
