大闸蟹套餐

Papa was not around last weekend.

Mommy decided to bring Ah Mah to try this Hairy Crab set menu in Dragon-i restaurant.

This set menu is seasonal and It's for 2pax.

This is the first time we try Hairy Crab.

See what's on the menu.

1) 蟹粉小笼包

2）花胶竹笙炖老鸡汤

3）蟹粉扒时菜

4）苏杭东坡肉 ＋ 馒头

5）扬州炒饭

6）清蒸大闸蟹

7）姜茶汤圆

That's all.

Compare to what we used to see on TV, the Hairy Crab is just a small size but the meat tasted good. It taste a little sweet, don't have very strong crab smell. The shell is soft compare to normal crab as we can use scissor to cut.
