弟弟 is 4-month-old!

We had the 4-month "xiu nua 收口水“ ceremony in the morning.

Not like me, I can do that before I'm 4 months old.

It Is The 5th Day

Why I'm counting on the day? Remember I posted about Sibling Jealousy on July?

Yes, it's about Thung act weird when go to school. She cried when I'm about to leave after drop her in nursery. This has been continue for about 1 month and we (the teachers & I) have tried all the ways to over come this but all failed.

Well, now the good news. 

This week Thung didn't cry at all when I dropped her to school. That's why I'm counting on the day.

Day 1 - Mon

Asked me to wait her finish the reading session then she waved me bye-bye -- No cry.

(The reading session is reading the "Peter & Jane" before the class start)

Day 2 -Tue

No reading session as Tuesday is exercise day. Sat down and watched TV as teacher played some music VCD. Waved good bye to me as well -- No cry.

Day 3 - Wed

Teacher called her to read Peter & Jane and she waved good bye to me. No need to wait till she finished the reading -- No cry.

Day 4 - Thus

Played with her friends (they make a circle and walk around, don't know what's the meaning), waved good bye to me -- No cry.

Day 5 - Fri

Waved me good bye when she was waiting for her turn to read Peter & Jane -- No cry.

It is a good start and she maintain for the whole week. Unfortunately next week is school holiday. I don't know how she will react when resume to school the week after. Hope everything will be as smooth as this week.

H1N1 Precaution

The number of H1N1 infections has been increased dramatically and the number of death has reached 68 cases as at 20-Aug-09.

Our nursery has taken a precaution against the virus.

Teacher gave a notice on Monday that requests parents to let the kids wear face mask to school if we are having mild fever (less than 38'c), mild running nose or mild cough. If not, school will provide the mask to the kids and charged to parents account.

If the kids fever is over 38'c, parents should not send the kids to school.

Therefore, mommy put a face mask in my school bag just in case.

But after the notice given, most of the parents let their kids wear face mask to school although the kids are healthy. So, I also wear the face mask when I'm in school : )

My Bedroom

As I'm getting elder and my cot has been occupied by 弟弟, mommy decided to let me sleep in the 2nd bedroom.

With this arrangement, I got chance to have my own bedroom and mommy also bought me a new bed.  Mommy initial plan is to buy the double decker so that 弟弟 also can sleep near future. But I told mommy I don't like the double decker and I chose this design.

A closet for me to keep my clothes.

Colorful Banana Cupcakes

Mommy baked some banana cupcakes last Wednesday.

As I don't take banana, mommy has to make the cakes more attractive to me.

Mommy used Marshmallow, soft sweets and M&M's to decorate the cakes.

It's simple but colorful and I believed kids will like it, just like me.
