Mommy tried 草莓莲蓉冰皮月饼 on Sunday. It tasted good on 1st day but it turned hard after keep in fridge for a day. Why?? How?? Mommy is going to try again this weekend.
Ingredients:

150g commercial koh fun
150g icing sugar
50g shortening
B (mixed together)
4 tbsps strawberry filling
Few drops of strawberry essence
180ml iced water
Filling
600g lotus paste
20g roasted melon seeds
