We had a simple dinner celebration at this restaurant named 老房子。
It located at Kimberly Street.
The interior
It served chinese cuisine, 家常菜 like what we ordered.
Not much choices actually.

I'm holding mommy's present, from papa.
Mommy didn't expect anything from papa as papa has been very busy with his job since last 2 weeks. He worked 6.5 days/week and worked till late midnight everyday. Mommy even thought that papa has forgotten her birthday. It's kind of surprise to mommy as this is the 2nd birthday present mommy got from papa after so many years.
Actually mommy got another surprise from her close friends.
They celebrated mommy birthday on Thursday lunch. At first mommy thought it's just a lunch appointment with some close friends. But they all were very sweet and they bought mommy a birthday cake (this is the only birthday cake mommy got this year actually). No photo yet as still waiting for Auntie Boon Yu to send to mommy.
