First Attempt At A Birthday Cake

Last weekend mommy decided to bake a cake and it will be the birthday cake for Auntie Boon Yu.
(Auntie Boon Yu's birthday was on Monday)

Certainly, I'm mommy's helper.

See the photo below, this is the Longan Cake baked by us.
This is mommy first attempt at a birthday cake and it turned out not very successful. Why?
Because:
1) The cake is slanted after mommy cut into half horizontally.
2) The chocolate rice is not evenly spread on the side wall.
3) The cream is not evenly apply on the surface as well.
4) The longan decoration also unbalanced.

Due to the above reason, mommy snapped a photo of the cake and send to Auntie Boon Yu as mommy decided not to give the cake to her.
However, Auntie Boon Yu doesn't mind and she still wants the cake : )
